THE CREATIVE ECONOMY IN THE STATE OF AMAPÁ AND THE POTENTIAL FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

This research addresses the creative economy in the state of Amapá, Brazil, highlighting its importance in the context of sustainable development and the cultural richness and biodiversity of the region. The object of study is the analysis of the dynamics of the creative economy in Macapá, focusing on the identification of creative initiatives, local talents and cultural resources, aiming to understand how these elements can be integrated into effective public policies. The central problem to be solved is the lack of uniform data and indicators that make it difficult to measure and compare the creative sector, compromising the formulation of strategies that promote economic growth, social inclusion and environmental preservation. The proposed methodology includes the use of specialization and location measures to map the distribution of creative sectors in Amapá, in addition to a qualitative and quantitative approach that considers local data and collaboration with experts in the field. The perspectives of the work aim not only to fill gaps in knowledge about the creative economy in the region, but also to contribute to the development of new approaches that use creativity as a strategy for sustainable economic development, respecting cultural identity and the environment.
