Given the current global sustainability agenda, the development of the Amazon region through science, technology and innovation guidelines linked to the bioeconomy becomes a relevant topic. And public ICTs gain unique importance in this innovation process, whether due to the accumulated knowledge or the potential to create innovative products or processes. When it comes to innovation policy, despite the potential socioeconomic benefits that following an innovative bioeconomic guideline by public ICTs located in the northern region of Brazil can generate, the MLCTI did not include in its rules any obligation for these entities to establish in its policies a management strategy with this profile. Taking this "gap" as a starting point, this work aims to investigate the feasibility of reformulating the current innovation policy of the Federal Institute of Amapá – IFAP, implementing the bioeconomy as a strategic guideline. The research to be developed has scientific objectives of a descriptive and exploratory nature, with a qualitative and quantitative approach, using documentary research, the application of a semi-structured questionnaire and the holding of workshops with participatory methodology as data collection instruments. Data relating to the feasibility of implementing the bioeconomy as a strategic guideline in IFAP's innovation policy will be analyzed, evaluating the external panorama of the normative framework in which public ICTs in the northern region are located compared to the current internal scenario of the institution itself. In addition, administrative and academic indicators previously defined as having the potential to influence activities within the NIT's jurisdiction will be considered. As a result, it is proposed to prepare a conclusive technical report containing aspects favorable and contrary to future decision-making by IFAP management regarding the implementation of the bioeconomy in its innovation policy in the form of a strategic guideline, and which can also serve of theoretical reference to initiatives of the same content by other public ICTs in the northern region.

Both were used as instruments for transferring technology. Both were used as tools for technology transfer. It is also hoped that this work will provide an understanding of the relationship between teaching and learning through communication mediation, as well as encouraging the use of the active storytelling methodological proposal, in order to produce innovative and more assertive communication materials, capable of stimulating and promoting intellectual property and technology transfer actions for innovation. Given the above, this work is an effort to associate communication with intellectual property, based on a theme of strong appeal and relevance today, which is the bioeconomy, considered one of the main challenges for innovation in the Amazon.

This work aims to be a training tool on the teaching of intellectual property with a focus on trademark law, aimed at students at UNIFAP (Oiapoque Binational Campus) and IFAP (Advanced Campus). This is a course that aims to contribute to the dissemination of the culture of intellectual property through training for students on the relevance and benefits arising from trademark registration at the National Institute of Intellectual Property. To achieve this objective, the following path was developed: initially, a documentary survey was carried out regarding the curricular components of the pedagogical plans distributed by technical courses and undergraduate courses within the scope of UNIFAP and IFAP. At this stage, the research was directed at these institutions to understand the offerings of disciplines that address the teaching of intellectual property. To obtain the desired result, the terms “intellectual property”, “IP” and “trademark law” were used in the act of researching and analyzing the curricular matrix of the courses. Regarding the methodological aspects, the research method was applied through a quantitative-qualitative analysis, through bibliographic, exploratory and documentary research, starting with a bibliographic survey, followed by a targeted documentary prospection on IP teaching in the courses offered at IFAP (Oiapoque Campus) and UNIFAP (Binational Campus) and, based on the analysis of official data presented through institutional documents, we moved on to the final phase, which was the preparation of teaching materials and application of training to academics. Given the results of the research, it was found that, in relation to IP teaching in these institutions, the topic is still addressed in an incipient way. As a result of the execution of this project, a training course in the area of intellectual property was created, offered to the academic community of both institutions, with the provision of teaching materials, as well as the development of an exclusive booklet containing the self-explanatory steps to obtain the registration of the brand at INPI, in addition to the production of a scientific article on the importance of teaching IP and trademarks, published in an A4 scientific journal.

A plataforma do observatório Radar BioAmazonia.com é uma ferramenta digital para monitorar e analisar diversos aspectos da produção de açaí na região metropolitana de Macapá, onde busca incluir funcionalidades como a coleta de dados da produção local, quantidade de açaí produzida, áreas de cultivo, estatísticas das técnicas de produção, evolução de preços e demandas, tendências de consumo de açaí tanto no mercado local quanto em mercados de exportação, uso de ferramentas de geolocalização para identificar as áreas de produção e distribuição do açaí em Macapá e regiões próximas, acompanhamento da qualidade do açaí produzido, abrangendo desde as práticas de cultivo até o processamento e armazenamento. Também vai ter funcionalidades para a integração das informações com os extrativistas e produtores do fruto e vai promover a comunicação e colaboração entre os diversos stakeholders. A integração das informações vai gerar relatórios detalhados e insights baseados em dados, auxiliando com informações para otimizar a produção e distribuição do açaí. Na construção desta plataforma utilizou-se o desenvolvimento de software com funcionalidades responsivas, de forma que sejam acessadas tanto por dispositivos móveis ou computadores, entre elas HTML responsivo, CSS, Java Script, Bootstrap, linguagem Python e a UML para modelagem. Também usa banco de dados para armazenar informações que gerem dos indicadores ao usuário. Essa plataforma será utilizada por produtores de açaí, autoridades governamentais, pesquisadores, e outras partes interessadas para melhor entender e otimizar a cadeia de produção de açaí, como Associação de Batedores de Açaí de Macapá – ASBAM que foi a entidade demandante da ferramenta.

Neurodegenerative diseases, such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, represent a growing challenge for global public health. Estimates from the World Health Organization (WHO, 2023) indicate that millions of people are affected by these conditions. Effective management of these diseases requires technological innovations that can improve monitoring and support for patients. This project aims to develop a web platform that allows the monitoring and evolution of people with Parkinson's and Alzheimer's. The platform will offer a differentiator: the ability to be used by any project with multidisciplinary teams to monitor patients through validated health instruments, which can be integrated even if absent in the initial scope. This flexibility makes the platform a comprehensive solution for monitoring various health conditions. Requirements collection will be carried out through interviews with interested parties, and based on these requirements, the application's Business Model Canvas will be modeled. Once the application context is defined, use cases and the data model will be created. Development tasks will be organized on a Kanban board and managed using the agile Scrum method, aiming for incremental and efficient deliveries. During development, three main deliverables will be made: a data entry tool, a patient monitoring module and the generation of data output reports. The platform has the potential to improve the management of patient monitoring information and personalize treatments. The platform will be subject to validation with applicants. The software will be registered and a user manual will be produced in PDF format.
