Açaí represents not only a food of high nutritional value but also a key element of cultural and economic identity for the population of the state of Amapá, Brazil. Despite its relevance, the açaí production chain faces structural challenges, particularly concerning sanitary safety in the fruit processing. The sanitary inspection process of açaí processing units—traditionally carried out manually—presents limitations that hinder traceability, transparency, and efficiency in managing sanitary licensing, which directly affects food safety and consumer trust.
This study aimed to develop a web platform designed to modernize the sanitary inspection of açaí production in the state of Amapá, with a focus on the reality of small producers, known as batedores de açaí. The development of the solution involved mapping the current inspection and commercialization scenario of açaí, designing a digital system for sanitary license management, and producing the operational documentation of the tool.
The research adopted an applied, exploratory, and descriptive approach, using incremental software development methodology, requirement gathering with regulatory agencies, analysis of current sanitary legislation, and data collection through interviews and an online questionnaire directed at açaí consumers, which received 417 valid responses. Results showed that 91.1% of consumers were willing to pay more for açaí from properly licensed establishments, indicating a clear social demand for food safety and transparent information.
The developed platform allows businesses to complete online registration, request inspections, track the licensing process, and obtain a digital quality seal, all accessible through a public portal. The tool also enables consumers to search for licensed establishments, strengthening the principles of traceability and conscious consumption.
The platform was validated by public health professionals from the Superintendence of Health Surveillance of the State of Amapá and the Municipal Health Surveillance Department of Macapá. The validation process indicated high acceptance of the solution, highlighting its ease of use, clarity of information, and alignment with operational needs. It is concluded that the platform has strong potential to transform the sanitary inspection process of the açaí production chain in Amapá, contributing to the strengthening of food safety, the promotion of good sanitary practices, the formalization of local businesses, and the generation of economic, social, and technological impacts in the regional context. The proposed solution also represents a significant contribution to scientific progress in the field of technology development applied to public management and food safety.

Entrepreneurship and Technology Transfer as a short course articulated with the Integrative Project of the National Course Plans of SENAC, focusing on programs within the Management and Business technological axis. The main objective is to develop a 16-hour learning path that fosters essential competencies in innovation and the protection of intangible assets, preparing students for a dynamic and technology-driven labor market. The specific objectives include discussing the relevance of these topics in technical and professional education, identifying courses that address them, even if transversally, and structuring an applicable and replicable pedagogical proposal. The methodology adopted is exploratory and qualitative, based on extensive bibliographic and documentary research, with a temporal scope from 2019 to 2025. The sources used include scientific databases such as Scielo, Google Scholar, CAPES Journals, PROFNIT repositories, and official documents from INPI, MEC, INEP, and SENAC. Empirical data collection was carried out through the analysis of SENAC's National Course Plans and the application of a closed-ended questionnaire to students in the Management and Business courses at SENAC Macapá, using Microsoft Forms and Teams platforms. The investigation included the mapping of 37 technical education institutions in the state of Amapá, revealing that although entrepreneurship is present in a transversal manner, the topics of intellectual property and technology transfer are rarely addressed in a structured way within curricula. As a result, a technical-technological product was developed in the form of a learning path, validated through SWOT analysis and the Business Model Canvas, structured based on active methodologies and the frameworks of WIPO and PROFNIT. The proposal strengthens the innovation ecosystem, promotes student protagonism, and enhances professional training through practical and collaborative experiences. It is concluded that the structured inclusion of these themes in the Integrative Project broadens students' strategic vision and contributes to consolidating a culture of innovation within the context of Brazilian professional education.

The application of digital certification to information recorded on digital media aims to ensure the authenticity, confidentiality, and integrity of such information in light of the inherent instability of data stored in digital formats. Electronic Document Management (EDM) is currently considered the essential framework for planning and implementing documented organizational processes within information systems. It provides the technological infrastructure necessary to enable organizations to achieve better levels of communication, productivity, and quality in document management. Documented organizational processes that are difficult to access or update become obsolete and hinder the development of organizational activities. This work aims to develop a Graduate Certification Software to be used by Higher Education Institutions, in order to fill a gap left by the main academic management systems, particularly regarding the control of the graduation process, as these systems do not offer this feature in their current versions. As a result, this process is often carried out in an outdated manner, using spreadsheets and tables for control. There is currently no other software on the market that performs these operations in a similar or equivalent way. Additionally, the software will allow digitally certified documents to be stored directly in the system’s database, facilitating the search and retrieval of documents. This eliminates the need for physical storage in paper form, folders, or cabinets, since digitally certified documents have the same legal validity as paper documents.

This work aimed to develop an interactive information dashboard to consolidate, organize, and make available data on scientific and technological production in higher education and research institutions, using the Federal University of Amapá (UNIFAP) as a case study. The initiative arose from the institutional need to improve the management, access, and visibility of academic information. The methodology employed included a bibliographic and normative review, technological prospecting of existing solutions, requirements gathering using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and the Value Proposition Canvas, as well as the technical development of the system and its validation with the requesting party. The final product, the Scientific and Technological Production Dashboard (PPC&T), was presented as a management and transparency tool, using, in its initial version, data exclusively from the Lattes Platform. The results showed that the PPC&T satisfactorily meets the institutional need for centralization and analysis of academic information, offering an intuitive interface, customizable report generation, and strategic indicators. However, the dashboard presents limitations, such as dependence on a single data source and the need for institutional maturity in defining the strategic indicators to be monitored. Despite this, the system's technological architecture was designed to allow future expansions, both in terms of data sources and analytical functionalities. It is concluded that the PPC&T represents an institutional advancement in strengthening a data-driven culture, valuing intellectual property, and promoting organizational innovation. In addition to contributing to UNIFAP's institutional policy, the dashboard has the potential to be replicated in other institutions, reinforcing its relevance in supporting academic management and strengthening innovation ecosystems.

Management by indicators is a management methodology that has been consolidating as a tool for monitoring and measuring the performance of organizations in different contexts. Moreover, the analysis and management through indicators are fundamental to understanding the overall performance of management actions within organizations, both in the public and private sectors. This project was demanded by the Núcleo de Inovação e Transferência de Tecnologia da Universidade Federal do Amapá (NITT/UNIFAP). The demand arose from a need observed in Innovation Centers (NITs) in the Northern Region to improve management and the monitoring of their activity results, especially considering local specificities that directly affect the performance and effectiveness of these centers. The objective of this study was to propose a set of KPIs, considering regional specificities, to measure the results of NITT/UNIFAP in supporting the management of the university’s innovation policy. To achieve this goal, a study was carried out in five stages, which consisted, briefly, of the analysis of the most commonly applied indicators at the national level, their application to the regional context—including data from the last five years of NITT/UNIFAP—and, finally, the validation of the proposed KPIs. Each stage of the methodology was designed in an integrated manner, allowing the results obtained in one phase to feed into the next. This methodological flow ensured the feasibility of execution and consistency throughout the research process. As a result of this project, it is expected that the implementation of management by indicators will contribute to NITT/UNIFAP, establishing itself as a model proposal for other NITs with specific singularities across Brazil.
